History of IPSSA
 The Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, Inc. was formed in 1988 as a
result of a merger between I.P.S.A. and CalIPSA. Those two organizations were a
part of the original association founded in 1961 for the purpose of pool service
technicians banning together to help each other in times of illness or
disability.

Mission of IPSSA
IPSSA exist for the continual education and sick route coverage of its members.
We also aide in the growth of our members and for the continued improvement of
the pool and spa service industry's image.
